Terms & Conditions for Income Tax & GST Services – IRB (International Resource Bank)

  1. Service Scope
    International Resource Bank (IRB) provides assistance in Income Tax related services, GST Registration, Filing, and Advocacy support. IRB acts as a facilitator and consultant to help clients with compliance and documentation processes.

  1. OTP Verification Consent
    The client agrees to share the One-Time Password (OTP) received on their registered mobile number strictly for verification and application processing purposes.
    • OTP must be shared only with authorized IRB contact numbers: 9371699713 or 9637513516.
    • IRB does not call or communicate from any other number.
    • Clients must ensure they respond only to the above-mentioned official numbers.

  1. Authorized Communication Disclaimer
    IRB shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or miscommunication arising due to interaction with unauthorized persons or numbers other than the official IRB contacts mentioned above.

  1. Service Fees & Payment Terms
    • All service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • IRB shall not be responsible for payments made to any other account or person.

  1. GST Applicability
    • IRB service charges are currently not subject to GST, as IRB has not crossed the prescribed threshold under GST law.
    • If applicable in future, GST will be charged additionally as per law.

  1. Post-Submission Responsibility
    • Once the application is submitted and SRN/File Number is generated, IRB’s responsibility for that service is considered completed.
    • Any further processing, approval, or communication is subject to respective government authorities.

  1. Business Verification Clause (GST Cases)
    • Business verification by GST authorities is mandatory in most cases.
    • The client is solely responsible for fulfilling and satisfying all verification requirements as per GST officer’s demand.
    • IRB has no control over verification processes, decisions, or outcomes.

  1. Error & Limitation of Service
    IRB does not guarantee error-free services in the following situations, which are beyond its control:
    • Government portal/server errors
    • Delay or non-submission of required data/documents by client
    • Last-hour data sharing by client
    • Power failure or technical issues
    • Human errors
    • Changes in laws, rules, or amendments by Income Tax Department (ITD) / GST Council

  1. Limitation of Liability
    IRB shall not be held liable for delays, penalties, rejection, or any consequences arising due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by client
    • Government system issues or policy changes
    • Failure of client to comply with legal requirements

  1. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
    In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolhapur Court only.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By availing IRB services and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolhapur Court only.


11. Legal Notice (As per IT Act, 2000)

This electronic record is generated under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and shall have the same legal validity as a physical document in terms of Sections 4 and 5.
Submission of this form and/or payment constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and IRB.


12. Declaration of Information

I hereby declare that the information provided is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge.
I confirm that no material facts have been concealed.
In case of false information, I shall be liable for legal action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, including Sections 229(2), 236, and 237.
