“Every Village Has Now Digital Banking Power”

We are self-regulatory and autonomous research organisation
The International Resource Bank is a self-regulatory and autonomous research organisation. This is a purely resource bank. IRB works as a mediator between banks-financial institutions and donors, civil society and professional and academic associations. Hence no need to register under the The Reserve Bank of India’s Banking Act 1949 [Banking Regulation Act, 1949]; Also, do not require registration under the Securities and Exchange Board Act of India. [Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and 1995, 1999 and 2002]
International Resource Bank (IRB) is a purpose-driven digital platform on a mission to bring banking power to every village. We believe that access to finance is a fundamental right — not a privilege — and we’re working to ensure that no community is left behind in the digital revolution.
At IRB, we aim to bridge the urban-rural divide by making digital banking accessible, inclusive, and empowering. Our platform is designed to support financial literacy, digital onboarding, and skill-building — especially for women — so they can actively participate in the formal economy.
Whether you’re a budding entrepreneur in a small town or a farmer in a remote village, IRB gives you the tools to grow, transact, and thrive.
We collaborate with banks, government programs, and local partners to deliver real change at the grassroots level. Through innovative technology, hands-on training, and policy-aligned programs, we’re turning the vision of “Every Village Has Now Digital Banking Power” into a reality.
